This negotiated partnering contract with Green Housing limited for 18 (2 and 3 bed house), and 8 ( 1 and 2 bedroom ) condominium progressing well.

The scheme, which is located in the small picturesque village of  Santa Barbara is being constructed using the Kingspan Tech Insulated Panel System and is on target to achieve an EcoHomes ‘Very Good' rating.

acquired the site in this key retail strip location in July 2007 on behalf of the la scala Retail Strip Property Fund.

Innovative Development recognized that the land was being underutilized and represented a unique opportunity to significantly add value through an immediate refurbishment of the building.


Refurbishment of the property commenced in July 2007 and is expected to be completed later this year in time for the peak Christmas retail trading period. Approximately 600 m2 of prime ground floor retail and 612 m2 of commercial office space will be achieved through the complete refurbishment of the property, which also includes a new facade, 15 car spaces, office and lift lobby with a dedicated street address. The expected value of the property on completion is $5 million.
